- Stall
As a stall holder, you will be provided with a designated 1m x 1m unit located at Festival Place, situated outside H&M. A total of 8 small businesses will be operating each day. This prime location offers excellent visibility and foot traffic, enhancing the exposure of your products to potential customers.
- Staff
Throughout the pop-up event, it is imperative that either the brand owner or a representative from your team is present to showcase the items. We have a maximum limit of two staff members permitted behind a single stall.
- Wifi
Prior to the pop-up event, you will be granted access to the centres Wi-Fi network.
- Card reader
It is essential that you come prepared with your own card reader to facilitate payment processing for all the items you sell. As a stall holder, you will be responsible for managing all transactions and ensuring a smooth payment experience for your customers. 100% of earning go to you!
- Refunds
We do not offer refunds once a booking is made, except if we decide to cancel and refund your order due to unsuitability of your products.
- Clothing Items
We’re happy to accommodate clothing brands at this site; however, clothing rails will not be provided. All garments must be neatly folded and displayed on your stall.
- Long-term Bookings
If you wish to reserve more than 14 days with us, kindly reach out to us at info@yourbrand-yourstory.com to confirm your preferred dates.
