- Stall
As a stallholder, you will be provided with a designated space at the YBYS Food kiosk, located at Westfield London, White City, Ground Floor, situated outside Salomon and Suits. A total of 4 small food businesses will be operating each day. This prime location offers excellent visibility and foot traffic, enhancing the exposure of your products to potential customers.
- Staff
Throughout the pop-up event, it is imperative that either the brand owner or a representative from your team is present to showcase the items. We have a maximum limit of two staff members permitted behind a single stall.
- Wifi
Prior to the pop-up event, you will be granted access to the Your Brand Your Story Wi-Fi network.
- Card reader
It is essential that you come prepared with your own card reader to facilitate payment processing for all the items you sell. As a stall holder, you will be responsible for managing all transactions and ensuring a smooth payment experience for your customers. 100% of earning go to you!
- Refunds
We do not offer refunds once a booking is made, except if we decide to cancel and refund your order due to unsuitability of your products.
- GRAB AND GO
We are currently looking for businesses selling grab-and-go food and drink products, including baked goods, cakes, cookies, brownies, confectionery, sauces, honey, speciality drinks, ice cream, desserts and other food-related products. Products must be suitable for immediate purchase and consumption, with no on-site cooking or preparation required.
Successful traders will benefit from a larger trading space than our standard stalls and a minimum booking period of four weeks, allowing sufficient time to build customer awareness, generate repeat purchases and establish a presence within the centre.
- Long-term Bookings
If you wish to reserve more than 1 month with us, kindly reach out to us at info@yourbrand-yourstory.com to confirm your preferred dates.
