All new staff are required to complete a training session prior to starting work. Please select the appropriate box below.

This session will cover key areas, including:

Customer service standards specific to the shopping centre environment
Health and safety protocols, including emergency procedures
Operational guidelines, such as handling payments and maintaining displays
Dress code expectations, including appropriate attire and personal presentation
Conduct and behaviour towards customers, emphasising respectful and professional interactions

It is crucial that staff adhere to a formal or semi-formal dress code while trading or working at the kiosk. Have you informed your staff about the dress code?

The shopping centre prohibits the wearing of tracksuits, joggers, hoodies, or any clothing with religious or political messaging whilst at work. Footwear must be appropriate, with closed-toed shoes required - flip-flops, slippers, or open-toed shoes are not permitted. Clothing should be neat, tidy, and professional at all times to maintain the standard expected in the centre.
